PLEASE NOTE:
eVouchers are sent directly to your recipients email account, they can not be collected from the Salon or paid for on-collection.
eVouchers can be ordered and scheduled to be sent to recipient on a day that you select but please do try to allow 24 hours between ordering and the date that you specify.
If you are sending an eVoucher to a recipient with a GMail email account please do ask them to check their spam / trash folder if not received to their inbox.
Please include your phone number when ordering allowing us to assist with any issues.
If you determine that your eVoucher has not been received please contact the Salon or if out-of-hours please email our support team via: support@clientwave-creative.co.uk
