Here’s how it works:
1. Personalized Treatment Plan: Our experienced therapists will consider your body concerns and goals to create a customized treatment plan just for you.
2. Applicators: Target specific muscles or areas by strapping on the applicators. It’s important to avoid any metal in the treatment area.
3. Intensity Adjustment: Treatment always starts at the lowest intensity and gradually increases to your tolerance level. We adjust the intensity individually for each client.
4. Muscle Adaptation: When you reach your tolerance level, the intensity plateaus and then increases again for your muscles to adapt. We recommend a minimum of 8 treatment sessions, but the number may vary based on your goals.
